If you are not sure if your physician or employer is enrolled, call us at 734-215-2411.  If they are not enrolled, we will contact them and complete the enrollment process for them.

I have filled my prescriptions in the past at my retail pharmacy. Can you fill any
refills remaining on my prescriptions?

In most cases, we can transfer any remaining refills from your local pharmacy to U.S. WorkForce Rx. However, certain medications are not transferable from one pharmacy to another. Please call us for more information at 855 245-0092.

My prescription has refills. Do I need to contact U.S. WorkForce Rx each time I need a refill?

No. Once you are enrolled in the program, you will receive your medication refills each month. If a change in your care occurs, and you no longer need a medication refilled, please contact us so we can stop future deliveries.

How long will it take to receive my medication using home delivery?

Your medications will be shipped Next Day Air. In the case of any delays, you will be contacted by our Patient Concierge. You can even choose to receive a text message with tracking information and delivery status.

How will I receive my medication?

Your medication will be shipped to the address you specify, via UPS. If you have any special delivery instructions, please provide them upon order placement.

Can prescriptions be delivered to my P.O. Box address?

No, medications cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box. They can only be delivered to a street address.

Can I get my medication sent to my workplace?

Yes, we can ship your medication to an alternate address. This will be noted by you when you enroll with our pharmacy.

Is there a cost to me?

You will never be charged for a medication. U.S. WorkForce Rx works directly with your insurance carrier to obtain payment.

My medication was lost or has been stolen. What should I do?

Call us immediately at 734-215-2411. You should also notify your physician and your local police to file a report. We require a new prescription from your physician in order to replace medication. It is the patient’s responsibility to contact the physician for a new order.
