The U.S. WorkForce Rx program supplies the medications your doctor has prescribed that are related to your on-the-job injury. You can receive the medication you need via mail, often as soon as next day. The first thing to do is to complete this form Or you can call us at 734-215-2411.

Can anyone use the U.S. WorkForce Rx program?

To use the program, your physician or employer must be enrolled first in U.S. WorkForce Rx. Enrollment is simple and FREE. If you are not sure if your physician or employer is enrolled, call us at 734-215-2411.  If they are not enrolled, we will contact them and complete the enrollment process for them.

I have filled my prescriptions in the past at my retail pharmacy. Can you fill any
refills remaining on my prescriptions?

In most cases, we can transfer any remaining refills from your local pharmacy to U.S. WorkForce Rx. However, certain medications are not transferable from one pharmacy to another. Please call us for more information at 855 245-0092.

My prescription has refills. Do I need to contact U.S. WorkForce Rx each time I need a refill?

No. Once you are enrolled in the program, you will receive your medication refills each month. If a change in your care occurs, and you no longer need a medication refilled, please contact us so we can stop future deliveries.

How long will it take to receive my medication using home delivery?

Your medications will be shipped Next Day Air. In the case of any delays, you will be contacted by our Patient Concierge. You can even choose to receive a text message with tracking information and delivery status.

How will I receive my medication?

Your medication will be shipped to the address you specify, via UPS. If you have any special delivery instructions, please provide them upon order placement.

Can prescriptions be delivered to my P.O. Box address?

No, medications cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box. They can only be delivered to a street address.

Can I get my medication sent to my workplace?

Yes, we can ship your medication to an alternate address. This will be noted by you on your Patient Information/Consent form.

Who is paying for my medication?

U.S. WorkForce Rx initially pays for your medications to be filled. We then bill your insurance carrier directly for open and active claims.

My medication was lost or has been stolen. What should I do?

If the medication has been delivered, call us immediately at 734-215-2411. You should also notify your physician and your local police to file a report. We require a new prescription from your physician in order to replace medication. It is the patient’s responsibility to contact the physician for a new order.
